Health and Fitness
Health and fitness are important so you can stay fit and avoid getting sick. People should get 30 minutes of exercise every day. Some types of exercise include swimming and jogging. You should get 8 hours of sleep on a daily basis. The sections of the food pyramid are fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, protein, and fats and sweets.

Feelings
I feel a little disappointed about leaving Project SEARCH. I am going to miss coming to the Clinical Center. I am going to miss Mr. Carter and Patina. My classmates describe me as hard-working, very cool, serious, and friendly.

Take a Hike
We went to the annual 'NIH Take a Hike' event. We took a nice long walk around the NIH campus, along Rockville Pike and Old Georgetown road. The whole Project SEARCH team and all the NIH staff attended the event. I really enjoyed the walk; it gave me a rest from my usual, every-day schedule, I usually go to the gym on Tuesday and Thursday nights, but I won't need to go tonight after this long walk.

Project SEARCH Ending
I feel a little disappointed that Project SEARCH is coming to an end. I got to learn what being in the workforce is like. A few things I've enjoyed in Project SEARCH are getting to use Excel for various things, receiving and recording NIH invoices, and researching the NIH invoices. I would like to say thank you to my instructor, Mr. Carter, John Burke, Ming, and Patina. Project SEARCH has helped me to gain a sense of independence.

Benefits
Benefits are services or days off that your job pays for. Sick leave is when you have to take time from work because of illness. A personal day is when you take the day off for a personal reason. A paid holiday is a day when people don't normally go to work but still get paid. Examples of paid holidays would be Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Being Independent
To be independent means to be able to do things without help or assistance. Project SEARCH has helped me to become independent by showing me how to do work on my own.
